Former Orient Plastic Corporation was established in 1982 with different names such as : Tan tien 1 plastic enterprise, No 6 plastic enterprise under Department of Industry Ho Chi Minh City. From 2000 the Company converted into joint-stock company named “Orient Plastic Corporation “. At the beginning the Company only produced household plastic products mainly for local market. After 10 years of activities the Company boldly changed the direction to produce clothes hangers for exported garment and household purpose. Until now Orient Plastic Corporation become one of the leading professional producers in clothes hanger in Viet nam.
In 1993 Orient plastic began export plastic clothes hangers to Japanese market is a “fastidious market”. The amount of the export product was increasing and now accounting for over 90 % of Company’s product volume. Outside Japanese market Orient Plastic also supply clothes hanger to exported garment companies used for export their clothes to some countries in Asia and Europe.
