According to the legislation, the filing of the sworn statement declaring the true value of the property must be done within 60 days after: (a) the date of the final deed of sale, contract or other deed of conveyance; or (b) the date of completion or occupancy of the newly constructed building, house or improvements; or (c) the date of completion or occupancy of any expansion, renovation, or additional structures or improvements; or (d) the date of installation of machinery.
