Conditioning process, hot stamping and silkscreen services are also available in its scale. The company’s production is equipped with 44 brand new machineries ranging from 58 to 1400 tons, featured with excellent quality, high efficiency and capable in large cycles to meet different customer desires.

To ensure high quality and reliability in customers’ goods, the company demonstrates different types of quality tools i.e. Failure Modes and Eddects Analysis (FMEA), Process Control Plan (PCP), Repeatability & Reproducibly (R&R) and Plan Do Check Act (PDCA). It qualified facilities are equipped with CMM, Smart Scope, Spectrophotometer (Colour Meter), data logger and other measuring tools to do tests and analysis of various physical, electrical and others parameters. All these devices have been calibrated periodically to ensure they meet the stringent requirements for accuracy and reliability.
