THE HOA PHAT GROUP is one of the leading industrial manufacturing groups in Vietnam. Originating as a mall construction machine and equipment trading company in August 1992, Hoa Phat has gradually expanded its business to trading and production of Furniture (1995), Steel Pipe (1996), Steel (2000), Refrigeration (2001), and Real Estate (2001). At present, Hoa Phat is the largest producers of construction steel and steel pipe in Vietnam with market shares of 23.9% and 26.4%, respectively. Hoa Phat Furniture is the current market leader in terms of market share with respect to office furniture in the domestic market.

Since 2016, the Hoa Phat Group reorganized the model with respect to its member companies, particularly in the steel, agriculture and Real estate segments in order to streamline production and business efficiency resulting in reduced management costs. As at the end of 2017, the Hoa Phat Group consisted of 11 subsidiaries. The companies in the agriculture segment will be managed by Hoa Phat Agriculture Development JSC, including animal feed producting, breeding of livestock and poultry. etc. For several consecutive years thereafter, Hoa Phat has been recognised as a National Brand and included in the Top 50 list of large and efficient enterprises in Vietnam and the Top 10 list of large private enterprises in Vietnam, etc.
