ASIA GOLDEN INDUSTRIAL SHARE HOLDING was established in 1969 as (former CHARWIE ). We started our business by trading in textile fabrics (mainly cloth and blankets), and we ran our business in a form of family business. We’ve made changes in 1975. We eliminated the old equipments and invested in new equipments to make towels. Meanwhile, we made lots of efforts to expand exporting market of Japan, and successfully sold our products to America and European market in 1978.
In 1991, in order to be as competitive as other competitors on the market, we moved our factory to Vietnam and set up “ASC-CHARWIE”. At the same time, in order to manage internationally, we had “ASIA GOLDEN INDUSTRIAL SHARE HOLDING”, which was in charge of the management and marketing in Vietnam. We have set up a new factory in Long An Province, Vietnam in 2007 formed with 14 million US dollars initially. The annual turnover in 2008 reached 25 million US dollars.
