Sufat Vietnam Corp was established on August 8th 1996( The first name was Pham Tu Co.,Ltd). Committee of Hung Yen province approved the project ‘’The factory of manufacturing accessories and assembling motorbikes -SUFAT Vietnam Corp.” The first workshops such as engine assembling, motorbike assembling, welding, painting, prefabricating, casting workshop started to operate. Along with the joint venture contracts with the Japanese and Taiwanese expert groups, SUFAT introduced a variety of products with perfect quality, reasonable prices and preferred by Vietnamese consumers. After a period of development, the company has grown in both scale and production business capacity. SUFAT brand was initially known in the market as a brand of good quality.
Along with the growth of Vietnam’s motorcycle industry, SUFAT changed from wide investment to deep investment, particularly for designing and researching new products. Now SUFAT has a center for research and development of high-tech products in Vietnam with the investment of about 20 million dollars and has become the first domestic motorcycle enterprise that is able to research, design and develop products.
