TNG Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (TNG) was established on November 22nd 1979, formerly known as an enterprise with 100% state owned capital. After 37 years of construction and development, TNG company has reached some important milestones as follows:
- January 2, 2003: The company was equitized with a authorised capital of 10 billion VND, 100% of the share capitals belong to shareholders; TNG became a private-owned non-state enterprise since then.
- November 22, 2007, TNG shares are listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
- Recognizing these achievements, in 2009, the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam awarded the Second Class Labor Medal to the company and Labor Medal III to the Chairman of the Board Directors Nguyen Van Thoi.
