A.P.S. Medical Sdn. Bhd. is a manufacturer of single use, disposable medical devices incorporated in 1998 at Shah Alam, Selangor. Our manufacturing facilities have been recognized and registered by SGS United Kingdom Ltd. as utilizing a Quality System which complies with ISO 13485 and had been awarded CE mark for exporting disposable medical devices to the European Community. A.P.S. Medical had designed 20 groups of medical devices to provide only the best to our customers. The products manufactured were specified for both surgical and non – surgical needs that includes Laparoscopic and Surgical sets, Anesthesia and Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Urology, Central Venus Access tubing products and other medical devices. A.P.S. furthermore producing custom made medical devices to cater various needs of the customers.

Our manufacturing facilities are state of the art including a Class 100K clean room, 5 Tubing Extruders, 6 Injections moulders, Ultrasonic Welder, Ultrasonic Tube Forming machine, Tip Forming machine and medical pouch Heat Sealers enabling us to manufacture quality products in a timely and cost effective manner. In addition, we execute product leak test, pressure test, ageing test to assure quality product produced to our valuable customers. Moreover, IMT equipment Vertical Profile Projector enables us to measure the internal diameter, external diameter and thickness accurately to meet customer’s requirements. Our competency based trained Quality Assurance staffs grants satisfaction to customers by producing high quality products to their door steps.
