Founded in April 2009, Air Cargo Services Co., LTD (ACS), a subsidiary of Northern Airports Corporation, specialized in providing services related to air cargo transportation arriving and departing from Ha Noi. After experiencing lots of difficulties during the early phase of establisment, the company has developed significantly and is gradually standing out at Noi Bai market. By the end of 2012, ACSV had provided services to 14 customers. The company annual throughput improved from 7,600 tons in 2009 to 37,700 tons at the end of 2012.

In 2012, the company transformed from a subsidiary of Northern Airports Corporation into a center directly under Noi Bai International Aiport- Subsidiary of Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV). Air Cargo Services Center officially started operating in 2012. Inheriting all the traditions and know-how of its predecessor, the Center continued to consolidate its market position at Noi Bai. By the of 2014, Air Cargo Services Center (ACS) had provided services to 19 Airlines including notable names such as: Fedex Express, Cargolux, All Nippon Airways, HongKong Airlines, DHL,…, with annual throughput of approximately 80,000 tons at the end of 2014.

Following the policy of the Ministry of Transport on restructuring state-owned enterprise, Air Cargo Services Center was selected as the pioneer of Noi Bai International Airport to transform from a state-owned entity into a private firm. Consequently, the new company under the name of Air Cargo Services of Vietnam (ACSV) officially went into operation on June 01st, 2015. With the advantage of being the owner of Noi Bai Cargo Terminal, ACSV is capable of meeting any Airline requirement. In addition, with the young, enthusiastic, dynamic team along wiht highly experienced managers newly-invested facilities, ACSV strives to satisfy all the customers who put their faith on the company.
