Asia Precision Public Co., Ltd. formerly known as Eastern Asia Precision Autopart Industry Co., Ltd. was registered as a limited company on December 7, 1994 and then changed the name to Asia Precision Co., Ltd. on March 14, 1995. On January 4, 2011, APCS turned into a public company and changed its name to Asia Precision Public Co., Ltd. On September 29, 2011 APCS became a listed company in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Asia Precision Group currently consists of the following business divisions:
Precision Metal Parts Manufacturing Division – Manufacturing and sales of high precision metal parts and components for automotive industry, HVAC industry, camera industry, medical industry, and aerospace industry. This division operates under Asia Precision Public Co., Ltd. and P2 Precision Co., Ltd.
Utility System Construction Division – Distributing materials, tools, equipment, spare parts for the construction of power plants, other energy businesses, water business as well as factories producing steam, pure water and chemicals to sell to the petrochemical industries or to communities and environmentally-related businesses or engineering services, designing and consultation, services to construction projects as well as maintenances. This division operates under A2 Technologies Co., Ltd. and APCS Technologies Co., Ltd.
