Mr. Perez, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from FEATI University, formed and established HEADWAY ENGINEERING AND INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY, him being the Proprietor and General Manager of the firm.  It was on September 17, 1982 that the business got registered in the Department of Trade and Industry. Since its formation, it had created a credible and reliable image in the hearts and minds of its most satisfied consumers and end-users. Whenever there has been a need for a mechanical shaft seal in the industrial field’s equipment and machine operations, the company has always been able to   satisfy the needs and exceed the expectations of their customers.

During the early years of its operation, it promoted the GECO and the U.S Seal brand which both became a by-word to its end-users. With the ever-changing world, the competition has become tougher and more demanding. Other companies have been similarly competing in the battle for delivering the most exotic design that is able to  capture the customer’s interest even with just one glance.  After some time, the company decided to market “FLEX A SEAL” (U.S. brand) to increase its product offerings.

In year 2000, Fabriphil Industrial Resources was formed and conceptualized to provide their customers in the industrial sectors with metal, fabric and rubber fabrication products. From small machine parts to a high budgeted on-site installation fabrication projects, it little by little carved a name in the fabrication industry and eventually became a by-word to its customers.
