Fujiton Color Coating Steel Joint Stock Corporation (FUJITON JSC) is a Vietnam – Japan joint – venture. On September 23th, 2011 FUJITON JSC was granted Investment License number No.212032.000398 by Bac Ninh Industrial Zone Authority in order to manufacture color coated sheet with advanced Japanese technology for domestic and overseas maket, with the investment capital of 280 billion VND. The Head Office of the Company is located at TS19/TS21, Tien Son Industrial Zone, Dong Nguyen Ward, Tu Son Town, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. After being granted the Investment License, on November 3rd, 2011 FUJITON JSC held the Opening Ceremony and Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Factory, importing production line, machinery with capability of 60,000 tons/year from NISC – one of founding shareholders of FUJITON JSC. On March 2nd, 2012 FUJITON Ltd was granted Investment Licesen No.212022.000430 by Bac Ninh Industrial Zone Authority with registered Headquater located at TS19/TS21 Tien Son Industrial Zone, Dong Nguyen Ward, Tu Son Town, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. The Representative Office addresses at No.169 Bui Thi Xuan Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Ha Noi, Vietnam. After a busy year with factory construction, on 13th November, 2012 FUJITON held the Inaugural ceremony for the Manufactory at Tien Son Industrial Zone and officially sells Fujiton color coated sheet products to the maket.
