Founded in 1952 by the late Mr Tan Yee Wan, Gim Hin Lee Pte Ltd specialises in the manufacture and distribution of baking ingredients in Singapore. We produce our own baking products under the brand Bake King. The Bake King brand of products range from items such as food flavours, essences and colours, flours and premixes, baking ingredients and additives, nuts, dried fruits, cake decorations and toppings, herbs and spices, and sugars and syrups. Our factory located at Kampong Ampat manufactures baking ingredients in accordance with the HACCP Based FoodSafety System and was awarded the HACCP Certificate by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance in 2004. Over 60 of our Bake King brand products are also Halal certified by MUIS (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore).
