In 1977, Good Times, the parent company behind HOSEKI was established in the watch and clock industry. The thriving company grew steadily with an earnest reputation within the clock business. In 1978, First production of HOSEKI analog clocks begins in Japan. In 1990s, China production facilities have met the stringent requirements and were awarded the ISO9001.
Good Times restructured its business focus and started OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for selected international renowned brands. Early 2000s, HOSEKI product range is re-emphasized with its leading digital clock collections.

In 2006, Corporate social responsibilty and environmental issues were introduced and taken into careful considerations by Good Times and its business partners.
