Throughout the years on the market, Long Thanh Plastic has not only been improving the products’s quality and design, but also incessantly investing into the most modern equipment for production. In 1998, the company had imported a brand-new advanced blow molding machine for producing multi-layer bottle from Germany and another fully electric one from Japan in 2000. These completed lines are the first in Vietnam and the most modern ones in South East Asia. In the period 2000-2001, the company had decided to invest some fully electric blow molding machines for producing mono-layer bottles from Japan in order to develop high tech bottle packaging for cosmetic and food industries, attainment international standards of environment hygiene and safe food.

To reduce environment pollution, the company is also a pioneer in investment of plastic recycle system from USA and Europe as well as six-colors automatic printing machine for crates from Germany. Recently, we bought a modern blow molding machine from Japan with the total value of 1 million USD for producing bottle packaging such as pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic bottles. In October 2006, one more advanced injection molding machine with the total value of 800,000 USD has been transferred to Long Thanh for producing high-tech pallets with competitive price and high performance such as supper light weight, heavy load capacity and no welding- one shot pallet…

Besides, Long Thanh also concentrated on up-grade factory facilities especially fully automation production plant- clean room standard from input material stage to packaging stage with the total value of 300,000 USD. This allows us to manufacture high quality products following critical environment standards.
