PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk or known as MASA (the Company) is an Indonesian tire manufacturer, that was prior known as PT Oroban Perkasa pursuant to Limited Company Entity Establishment Deeds No. 63 of 1988. The Company produces tire for fourwheels and two-wheels vehicle under our own brands (Achilles and Corsa) and off-take, covering domestic and export marketing area.
With extensive factory and sophisticated technology, the Company received technical support from Pirelli Italy and continued by Continental GMbh-Germany during its early establishment. Success of the Company’s business was started since 2004 after taken over by PVP XVIII Pte LTd and PT Indokemika Jayatama. Within this new management, the Company’s history was changed. The transformation was marked by loan restructuring and conversion into Equity that was followed by Initial Public Offering (IPO). The Company acquired fresh capital from the IPO and syndicated loan, that successfully boosted production capacity and quality, at the moment. This achievement marked MASA’s success milestone in the upcoming years
