Initially, PT Sunthi Sepuri took a concrete action by realizing a licensed agreement with Wyeth – AyersPicture1t International Inc., a US-based multinational medicine company located in Jakarta – Indonesia, and in the next following years, Sunthi Sepuri grew rapidly and received prominent acknowledgements in the medical world.
To improve the existing requirements and sustain its constant development, the factory utilized modern machines and in 1994 Sunthi Sepuri moved to Cikupa, Tangerang with a land area of 2 hectares that is equipped with modernized production facilities that meets the standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik – CPOB) stipulated by WHO, where the inauguration was led by Bapak DR. Haryono Suyono as State Minister of Population/Head of Indonesia National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN)
