Quang Ninh Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company is located on the edge of Ha Long Bay, World Heritage Site. The company was established in 1983 and equitized in September 2000, 100% of authorized capital contributed by employees in the Company. Quang Ninh Seaproducts Export-Import Joint Stock Company has a precursor of Quang Ninh Seaproducts Export Enterprise, established in 1983. The company is the first seaproducts processing and exporting factory in Quang Ninh.
The main raw material of the company is natural materials in the Gulf of Tonkin, mainly from fishing grounds along the coast of 250 km in Quang Ninh province. From the raw material area to the company is about 1 to 5 hours (5 to 60 km). The company has a wharf that can dock 500 tons ships.
