Seaproducts No.5 Joint Stock Company (Vietrosco) was founded in 1976 by Vietnamese government. In 2006, the company separated from the government through equitization and became a joint stock corporation with EU Code: DL 05. Since then, Vietrosco has continued its mission of exporting high quality aquatic products to many countries all over the world including Korea, Japan, USA, EU, Middle East, Taiwan, Hong Kong and many more. To the company, high quality and food safety are the top priority.

In the beginning of 2013, Vietrosco proudly inaugurated and put into operation its new factory in Vinh Loc industrial zone, Ho Chi Minh City. Built on a 5000 square meter large land and equipped with high technology machines, together with skillful and experienced workers, the factory has not only increased its production capacity but also satisfied all strictest food safety standards including BRC, HACCP, GMP and HALAL.

Moreover, Vietrosco would like to become one of the leading companies in Vietnam who recognize the importance of protecting the environment. Indeed, the company has completely stopped using R22, a substance emitting gas that can harm the ozone, in refrigeration system. Instead, R22 has been replaced by NH3, a “green” gas that shows effectiveness in cooling as well as safety for the environment.
