Viettronics Binh Hoa Joint Stock Company – VBH is the member of Vietnam Electronics & Informatics Joint Stock Company belonged to Industrial Ministry which is now Ministry of Industry & Trade. Company was established in November, 1979 named Binh Hoa Electronic Components Factory. With carrying out the policy of Vietnamese Party and Government of arrangement State-owned enterprises in order to increase business production activity effectively, on 18/12/2003, Minister of Industrial Ministry signed Decision No.: 224/2003/QĐ-BCN to change Binh Hoa Electronics Company into Binh Hoa Electronics One Member Co., Ltd. In December, 2006 it has officially become a joint stock company and posted a bill on Ha Noi Stock Exchange at the same time with exchange code of VBH.
Specially in the field of electronics, company specializes in producing, assembling and processing electronic components such as: Transformers, line filters, choke coils, DC-DC, AC-DC converters, electronic modules, amplification, TV, VCD, DVD recorder, household appliances: Air-conditioner form 9000BTU to 22.000BTU for office and household use. In 1995, VBH was the first electronic company of Vietnam applied SMT technology in manufacturing electronic components and modules.
